Is there bedlinen in the accomodation?

May I place a small tent next to my caravan or tent?

A small extra tent is usually not a problem on most campsites, as long as it is on your own pitch and no trouble to the neighbours.

Until what time can I arrive at the accomodation?

Is a bathing cap compulsory in the pool?

This can be seen on the website, if you go to a accommodation and then click on facilities you will see, is a: bathing cap mandatory.

Can you advance me the address of the accommodation?

No, you get the address together with all your travelpapers.

Can you send me a brochure of the complex?

Unfortunately we do not send folders, simply because you can find everything on our website.

I have already booked and the total has been payed, but I would like to bring another person, is that possible?

This is possible if the complex allows one additional person, you should pass on the birth data and on this basis we can see if the extra person can come and any extra costs should be paid by you.

I have reserved and paid the amount but what if I enjoy my holiday and want to stay a few days longer?

This is possible if it is available, should you know this some time in advance that you want to stay a few days longer than you can contact us and we will organise this for you, but if you are already there and you want to stay a few extra days you have to settle this at the reception of your accommodation and settle the costs with them.

Are there blankets and pillows available in the accommodation?

Yes, most accommodations are equipped with pillows and blankets. If this is not the case then you can rent these at the reception.
